Welcome to Best Frames – Acrylic Art Gallery. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Best Frames. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Products & Custom Orders

Best Frames sells acrylic wall photo frames, including customisable products.
For customised frames, the final output depends on the photo provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for sending clear and high-quality images.


3. Photo Quality Responsibility

The clarity and final look of the printed photo depends on the resolution of the image shared by the customer. Low-quality images may result in blur or pixelation, and Best Frames will not be responsible for such issues.


4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • receiving the required photo/details from the customer, and
  • successful payment (full or advance as applicable).

5. Pricing

All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by later price changes.


6. Payment

We accept payments through available online payment methods. In some cases, cash-on-delivery may not be available for customised products.


7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier services. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen issues are not under our control.


8. Returns & Refunds

Since most of our products are customised, returns or refunds are not applicable unless:

  • the product is damaged during delivery, or
  • the wrong product is delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing photos/video proof.


9. Damage & Unboxing Policy

To claim damage, customers must provide:

  • clear photos of the damaged product
  • unboxing video proof
  • packaging condition photos

Without proof, we may not be able to approve replacements.


10. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, we will remake and resend the product. Replacement processing time may vary based on product type.


11. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before the frame production starts.
Once production has started, cancellation is not possible for customised orders.


12. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, designs, logos, and text are the property of Best Frames. Any copying or misuse is strictly prohibited.


13. Customer Conduct

Customers must communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of abusive or inappropriate behavior.
