At Best Frames – Acrylic Art Gallery, we take pride in delivering premium acrylic wall photo frames with safe packaging and quality finishing. Since most of our products are customised, please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Customised Products – No Returns
Most of our frames are made based on customer-selected size, style, and photo.
Therefore, returns and refunds are not applicable for customised orders, unless the product is delivered damaged or incorrect.
2. When Return / Replacement is Accepted
We accept return or replacement only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect (rare)
3. Damage Claim Policy (Important)
To claim damage, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Unboxing video proof (mandatory)
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be approved.
4. Replacement Process
If the claim is approved:
- We will remake the frame and resend it.
- Replacement processing time depends on the product type and order volume.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if:
- Replacement is not possible, or
- The order is cancelled before production starts (only for eligible orders)
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the production starts.
Once the frame is under production or printing is completed, cancellation is not possible for customised products.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
Return/refund will not be accepted for:
- Customer shared low-quality photo (blur/pixelation)
- Minor color variations (screen vs print difference)
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Normal wear and tear after usage
